Maintenance

This morning woke up early so that the time to "overhaul" my Kelesa's tank.

Changed over 30% water I guess. And added only salt as water conditioner.

Updates

Last night the return pump hose loosen and causes the main tank have no water returns. Wife found that this morning and woke me up to check it out. Quickly fixed the hose and pump in water but too bad one of the big "lampan" fish died. Should be lacked of oxygen. It's a foot long fish and really wasted la....

Just some updates...

My bigger green tortoise escaped! Can't locate it anymore.

1 foot + catfish died - attached and injured by Talapia....

New fishes added to tank - by Jeremy, my brother-in-law.

Will try shoot the tank again with new tank members soon.

Water Change

Done water change yesterday, as well as cleaning the tank's bottom.

Anyway, found one of the lampan fish died hours after than.

Water Change

Wonderful Sunday with free time so decided to clean my kelesa home's filters' media as recent weather made the medias full with algae. Water changed about 15% and now it looks so clean!

Filter Media Cleaning & Water Change

Managed to get some time to do a major cleaning to Kelesa home's filter system. I took me about an hour for cleaning and changing water. Salt added only this time as I don't have any other water conditioner.
